Westpac Building Concord

ibis Brisbane Airport

This project involves construction of the 5-star Pullman Brisbane Airport Hotel, 3.5-star Ibis Brisbane Airport Hotel and the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. The Pullman Hotel will be Brisbane’s first 5-star hotel in over a decade. This development will be the airport’s biggest third party development with Optergy Enterprise driving the development.

Sky One Luxury Landmark Apartments (545 Station Street Box Hill)

A 36 story mixed-use building with destination retail and luxury apartment base building equipment controlled by BMS. We delivered D&C solution on our BMS and EMS for Sky One Luxury Landmark Apartment Building located in Box Hill. The work involved the design and construct BMS work to control of base building equipment, retail building equipment, and also monitoring energy consumption of the entire building.

Stirling Cross, Lot 222

The three apartment tower blocks will be monitored and controlled via the new Proton supervisory system controls strategy for base build control functions.

Wrap Apartments Southbank

Wagga Wagga Marketplace

Wagga Wagga Marketplace was expanding to house 40 more shop fit outs and receive a full air-conditioning makeover. This project is a complete redevelopment of an old shopping centre and involves replacing all of the AHUs, boilers, chillers and fans. Our system integrator was contracted to provide controls on 2 new boilers and Chillers, 4 multi-zone and 11 single zone roof mounted AHUs. These would replace the multiple existing systems controlling multiple ageing package units which were in disrepair and no longer capable of handling the heating and cooling loads in the building. The existing system was replaced with an Optergy Enterprise system for energy management.

Water Gardens Town Centre

Contracted to Entire Air-conditioning, Watergardens Redevelopment Works spans to revamp and extend the Stage 1 Mall Area to New Food Courts and retail outlets to this Town Precint Centre. This project aimed to have a short completion time frame of less than 6 months.
