This 14-storey owner occupied commercial tower underwent a full strip out and refurbishment, while maintaining a 75% occupancy rate. These upgrades seek to boost the efficiency of building operations and implement energy saving opportunities when possible.
The system integrator utilised Optergy Enterprise to facilitate the BMS and add on an EMS system. To minimise disruption on the tenants and clients the upgrade was carried out delicately.
