The system integrator utilised Optergy Enterprise to deliver the BMS & EMS for the building to further optimise performance and increase efficiency. This administration building is part of ARM’s masterplan for Digitial Harbour’s technology-based community. The building features the latest innovations in office design, with flexible spaces to help accelerate and enhance tenant experience.
