    As the largest shopping centre in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburb, Eastland is home to over 235 retailers and 60 different dining venues. With its recent $665 million renovation, it is set to reinvigorate the outer eastern suburbs and bring life back into the city of Maroondah.

    The system integrator, utilising Optergy Enterprise conducted a BMS fitout for level 3, replacing the David Jones tenants, a new BMS was installed for its two new tenants; Goodlife and Holy Moly. This also includes the cutover from the old Tridium system to Optergy Enterprise.
