Overlooking the Sydney Harbour, Quay Quarter Tower is Sydney’s newest corporate and lifestyle destination launched by AMP Capital. Set to revitalise Sydney’s Circular Quay, this 50-storey commercial building offers 90,000 sqm of premium-grade office space and features the latest in commercial office technology with its 6-star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS ratings. It will form the centrepiece of the wider Quay Quarter Sydney precinct, which is set to revitalise Sydney’s Circular Quarter.
Utilising Optergy Enterprise, the system integrator implemented the BMS and EMS for the tower to optimise building performance and maximise efficiency. Optergy Enterprise provided a user-friendly interface so users can quickly navigate to the information they need.
