One One One Eagle Street

As Arrow Energy was set to occupy levels 36 to 40 of this complex, the project scope was to make a good fitout by stripping out the existing 8 VAVs, a PAC and 5 FCUs. This would be replaced with 9 new VAVs, 15 ChW FCU’s, a PAC, 15 OA fans, 20 temperature sensors, relocate the 4 existing VAVs, 12 temperature sensors, air balance, test and integrate with existing base building systems.
