Casselden Place is an A-grade 42 storey office building with a combined Net Lease Area of 61,168 sqm which is leased to government services and industry superannuation groups. Being in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, tenants an enjoy a spectacular panoramic view while having easy access and modes of transport.
The system integrator utilised Optergy Enterprise BMS to completely revitalise the building to provide outstanding office accommodation and amenities for tenants, with the main focus on sustainable energy efficiency. Project management was the key to scheduling the works in a fully occupied building, while not impacting on the tenants comfort conditions, to deliver a successful result.
