    Named after Sir Roden Cutler, located on 24 Campbell Street Haymarket Sydney, this skyscraper has 19 stories of refurbished office/commercial space. This refurbishment aims to create a more flexible workplace that promotes connectivity and overall employee wellbeing.

    Carried out with Optergy Enterprise, the system integrator introduced BMS & EMS to optimise the performance of the building and remove inefficiencies from building operations. Through energy savings results from the Optergy Enterprise EMS Roden Cutler House was able to achieve a 5.5 NABERS star rating cementing itself as one of the leading energy efficient buildings in Sydney.
