The system integrator utilised Optergy Enterprise to deploy upgrades to the building which improved operations. A pneumatic variable air volume (VAV) upgrade was implemented to replace the existing VAV boxes and controls on all 7 floors. As it was a tenanted building during the time of upgrades, maximise precaution was taken to minimise the disturbance of tenants.
