The ground floor includes many facilities such as retail, cafes and even a child care centre. There is also a wide range of parking spots on site and around the building for tenants to park their car.
The system integrator was tasked to install a brand new BMS using Optergy Enterprise to the new BMW office fitout. The work consisted of control, monitoring and recommissioning new VRV/VRF air conditioning systems, new ventilation systems, new & existing VAVs and temperature sensors. This combined upgrade helped boost the efficiency of the building and overall tenant comfort for those working within the building.
