    Chisholm Institute of TAFE offers over 250 certificates including diplomas, advanced diplomas, bachelor and graduate certificates. Located in Melbourne’s south-east, it provides technical and further education in areas such as the arts, hospitality,  trades, business and information technology. 

    This was Optergy’s first Tridium project for Chisholm with provision of Tridium Niagra V4 BMS to two new buildings, A & B, at the Frankston Campus. The BMS redevelopment project comprises of AHU’s, air cooled chillers, chilled pumps, condensing boilers, evaporative coolers, fans, FCU’s, has meters, heating water pumps and VAV’s.
