Daramu House - WeWork

One of the leading providers of coworking spaces, WeWork has taken up residency within Barangaroo’s Daramu House, expanding its global presence. They promote the idea of coworking spaces allowing companies to hire out certain office spaces so that their employees can work within an office environment whenever they need, without the need of a long term rental agreement.

The system integrator utilised Optergy Enterprise to conduct a BMS and EMS fitout for WeWork which occupied all the commercial floors of Daramu House. This would boost overall operational efficiency as well as optimise energy efficiency enhancing both comfort and performance for its tenants.
