    Located in the on the north-western edge of Sydney’s Central Business District and the southern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Daramu House takes an innovative new approach to facilitating and housing their tenants.

    The system integrator utilised Optergy Enterprise to deliver the BMS for this new timber-framed commercial building to boost operational efficiency and maximise energy efficiency. The project consisted of implementing and upgrading many new systems including chilled and hot water systems, VAV AHU’s, ventilation systems, thermal metering, electrical and water meters etc.
