With over 1,600 legal advisors across Asia, Australia, Europe, Middle East and North America, this multinational law firm has established an office within 80 Collins Street. Ashurst is the third legal firm to join the rent roll of Dexus’ Collins Street Tower.

Optergy Proton was deployed for this office fitout to help optimise the BMS system to maximise the operational efficiency. This fitout included the relocation of existing chilled beams, new chilled beams , new VRF’s and new PAC units.
