    The government owned investment company, Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) has set up shop at the Paris end of Collins Street. 

    The system integrator carried out the fitout with the Optergy Proton to help operate the new systems that will be implemented with the for the BMS. This included a PAC unit, exhaust fan control and an energy metering system to help the tenant optimise their energy usage.
