Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF), one of the worlds leading professional legal services businesses with 36 offices globally has set up shop on levels 21-28 on 80 Collins Street. HSF is part of the expanding legal firm presence within the 80 Collins Street Tower being the fourth law firm on Dexus’ rent roll.

Using Optergy Proton and its unique small building solution the system integrator carried out fitout to improve tenant comfortability and overall wellbeing.  This fitout included the relocation of existing chilled beams, new chilled beams, new VRFs, new ventilation fans and new PAC units.
