    Channel 9 is relocating their Sydney Headquarters for the first time in 69 years, and the system integrator delivered the BMS for their new home within the new 1 Denison St commercial tower in heart of North Sydney.

    Spanning across 10 floors, the Nine Entertainment Company tenancy includes a data centre, production studios, a café and office meeting rooms. The new equipment for the fit-out adds approximately 50 new FCU’s, 50 water cooled PAC units, 20 In-Row-Coolers, 40 ventilation fans, energy management, thermal metering and redundant controls for the dedicated tenant chillers and pumps.
