Last week Optergy exhibited at Australia’s only international Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Building Services (ARBS) trade exhibition in Darling Harbour, Sydney. It was another great show, providing us with the opportunity to meet many potential resellers and talking to actual end users.
The ARBS exhibition was held at the International Convention Centre, and was a jam-packed event over the 3 days. ARBS gives visitors an inside look at the newest services and products the HVAC&R industry has to offer.
Here’s a picture of Steve, the Optergy Global President, who made the trip down all the way from the US to be a part of this huge Australian event, and Nick, our Australasian Channel manager, all set up and ready to go.
Over the three days at the exhibition, the Optergy team were kept busy at the stand, chatting with many building owners, contractors and facility managers interested in improving their building control and energy efficiency with modern software solutions. A lot of visitors wanted to know more about Optergy’s smart monitoring and control applications, showing a growing desire among building operators to make practical and effective use of management software on the go to take control and efficiency to a new level. All the contractors we spoke to jumped at the idea of reducing engineering costs and being able to offer value-added solutions at a competitive price to ensure their building owners and facility managers also stay ahead of the game.
Visitors also took the chance to take a closer look at the PIO, Optergy’s latest smart IO enabled Edge Controller and were excited to see the complete solution now available for Smart Controls, Smart Metering, Utilities billing, After Hours Billing, Automated Reporting, Live Dashboards and Foyer Displays.
We also had the pleasure of catching up with some of our existing clients and our Optergy partners.
ARBS has always been well attended, and this year was no different. The event did a wonderful job of bringing together a lot of interested people who are committed to improving their HVAC&R, building control and energy use. Talking with all the visitors gave us further insight into what really matters to building operators today and how we can apply our applications to help extract real value and solve daily challenges faced.
We’d like to say a big thank you to all those that stopped by the Optergy stand at ARBS 2018, feel free to get in touch with any further questions you may have.
