Optergy’s privacy policy covers the collection and use of personal information that may be collected anytime you interact with us to make license purchases, contact technical support, or login to the support site.

We collect your personal information because it assists us in delivering a high level of customer service.

When you provide Optergy with your name, email address, mailing address or telephone number, Optergy representatives and authorized affiliates may use the provided information to alert you to product updates, special offers, updated information, new products and other Optergy information. Optergy are committed to the security of our partners credit cards and for that reason no credit numbers are kept with us whatsoever. We use a National Australia Bank gateway for all our transactions.

Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law, if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary and required to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on Optergy.
